About the Project.
Selfie Feedback is a company located in The Netherlands. Their goal is to provide any guest or business owner with a way to communicate and share experiences. Selfie Feedback aims to give them a fair opportunity to do so.
The idea of this project was to build a new platform for visitors to a museum. With this product, they can leave a review and take selfie pictures in a few minutes. Selfie Feedback uses the power of a totem device and front-end interactive display to connect with each customer at a fast pace.
The museum can set the metrics. Our job is to make each of these settings possible to fit depending on the customer’s journey. The platform includes modules for email marketing and social media engagement. We want to make it all possible for our clients.
Our museum client was the Franchise of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! in Amsterdam. As the main result, we obtained a growth of more than 3000 reviews within the first year.

This tourism sector relies on great customer service. Each museum or attraction welcomes hundreds of visitors every year. The perational manager job can be challenging. They have to make sure to track the quality of service and the right motivation of a team.
