About the Project.

Chamba is a platform built to provide job opportunities. Either to professionals in free practice or for those with an already established business.

The subject of this project was a digital platform. The goal was to create a website to quote and hire professional services. We developed a customized platform with 98% of automation. This website comes with its own technology and algorithms.

The outcome was in Romania in a period of 8 months of work. Later we could get the ideal model to adapt it to the Ecuadorian market. Also, we manage the digital presence on social networks. We take care of digital marketing, online advertising, creation of graphics and content.

The client set their final goals for an initial launch in 2 cities of the country (Guayaquil and Quito). This, to reach its target market of professionals in free exercise and Micro-businesses. Besides, aiming for national expansion to 2022.

As a main result, we achieved more than 1000 professionals registered in 30 days. Also, we gained participation in similar platforms. (Project “Creating opportunities for prosperity” in cooperation with CORPEI and ÉPICO).

This company helps professionals in free practice to find a job. All they need is having a valid RUC or RISE. They also assist those who already have an established business. Either an active micro or small business. It currently has more than 30 categories of services.

They’re based in Ecuador. Located in Guayaquil, Quito, and Cuenca. You can find them at the national level with more than 1000 registered professionals. This will immediately reach the database of registered professionals. Once they’re aware they’ll proceed to send their quotes. In the end, you decide to stay with the one that best suits you, be it for the price, quality, or reviews.

Since we built the platform to measure, it is 98% automated with its own technology and algorithms. On that account, it took around 8 months of work to achieve the ideal model. We took this time to adapt it to the needs of the Ecuadorian market. As well, we take care of the digital presence. This includes the management of social networks. Along with digital marketing, online advertising, creation of graphics and content.
