Search Engine Optimization
importance of on page seo

The SEO Realm: The Importance of On-Page SEO.

Search engine optimization or SEO is the common name we use to talk about the strategies to make a website more visible and relevant to people.
To put it simply, we can say: that people are looking for something, and SEO makes sure they find it.

It is not possible to succeed in the digital marketing era if you do not have a good SEO strategy.

Search engines and users are connected. When you Google something, the result page is a reflection of what people are looking for when they search for that particular term or word.
If you want to be anywhere on that result page, it is time to put your minds to work and carve a great SEO roadmap.

Why on-page SEO is important?

When talking about SEO, one usually talks about many things that we conveniently put together in two big categories: On-page SEO and OFF page SEO.

At Inspiral, we love to talk using examples so, to answer the question regarding the importance of SEO, we can say:

Your business is a restaurant. You have been reaching out to gourmet websites and blogs, saying you have the best food in town, but when people visit your restaurant, you serve not-so-tasty food, or you don’t even serve the type of food you have been advertising.

In that example, the not-so-tasty food would be your poor on-page SEO strategy. You made with your OFF page; you are getting people to click on your web, but when they arrive, they do not see anything of value, or they stumble across a website full of design flaws.

On page Seo goes from keyword research to other important on-page elements such as

  • CSS
  • HTML
  • Title tag
  • Meta tags
  • Meta description
  • Alt text
  • Internal links

As you can see, there are way too many factors at risk when talking about on-page SEO not to take it seriously.

Optimization is now more than ever a crucial component of a good on-page SEO. A proper site hierarchy, good internal links connection, and good charging speed are all ranking factors to consider.
The recent Google Core update was pretty rough for websites with poor user experience.

Does your page take too much time to run?
The mobile version is too slow or has glitches in functioning?
Is your content good for people?
Are you truly giving some answers to the questions people are asking?

If your answer to any of these questions is “no”, well, let us say you will be looking to the dark side of Google for a very long time.

On-page SEO is a key component for any growth strategy you want to apply to a specific brand.
Pay attention to whatever it is that you are doing right now and ask if it is the right path to take you to where you want to be.

People are looking for you. Make them easy to find you.

On-page SEO is a great way to have your money back.

SEO keeps on being a popular approach to online marketing because it has a great return on investment.

When you produce high-quality content; and your website runs like a rocket, people will notice. They begin to follow your blog post; they start to recommend your page, your products, or your services.

SEO takes more time than money.
But when it pays, it pays BIG.

Paid promotion or PPC campaigns are good for generating leads right away. However, every brand should strike to have a good chunk of organic traffic in the metrics of their website.
This is where the importance of on-page SEO comes into play.
Page rankings are tricky. There is no single method that will put you at the top, but SEO keeps proving itself like a go-to strategy not to take lightly.

Did you know that the first page of results on Google takes more than 90% of the traffic from keywords?

As you can see, not having a good on-page SEO approach can cost you many opportunities for your business to rank at the top of search engine rankings.

At Inspiral, we have all the brain and all the muscle to cook up some great SEO strategies for you and your business.

We know how hard it is to build something good. We want to make sure that others can find you.

Growing is a path. Take it with us.

About Juan Carlos

I have been developing startups and scaleups in Europe and South America throughout my life.
From 2012 to 2016, I developed several companies in the Netherlands' Import and Export and tourism sector.
A key milestone was to scale one famous US franchise ¨¨ Ripley's Believe It or Not¨, in Europe— becoming one of the 32 Museums of Ripley's Believe It or Not and one of the 96 Attractions of the Ripleys Entertainment Group.

Since 2016, my focus has been on developing startups such as Chamba, a Gig Economy Platform for Home Services in Ecuador, and SelfieFeedback, an Online Reviews Platform based in The Netherlands.
Back in 2018, together with two cofounders, we created our marketing agency in Ecuador called Serendipia to understand how to accelerate the process of launching a company.
Serendipia (www.serendipia.ec) is a marketing agency working with client companies such as Estes in Ecuador and has been part of developing the first tech community called Guayaquil Tech.

Since 2020, I have been applying Growth Hacking in our agency and startups. And in 2021, I launched our own Growth Hacking Agency, Inspiral Growth.

Growth Hacking is about constantly learning.

Having completed academic studies in Germany, Denmark and Ecuador made it possible to take a comprehensive view of management styles and understand the cultural map needed in international environments.

- With more than 15 years of experience as a CEO and ten years as an entrepreneur, I focus on helping sustainable projects and working with leaders in their respective sectors.

For me, Growth Hacking is the next level of Business Development.
Reaching the status of a T-Shape Growth Hacker can be pretty challenging, yet not impossible.

Our goal with Inspiral Growth is always to learn new strategies to scale the brands we assist.
We believe in a lean and sustainable approach.

For that reason, we call our agency Inspiral Growth.
